Terms & Conditions – Bold Blondie RA

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Bold Blondie RA, located at 28 Pasture Street, Grimsby, United Kingdom.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance
  • We recommend arriving on time for your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation

3. Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment
  • Deposits are paid via bank transfer
  • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received

Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be lost
  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit

5. Payments

  • Remaining balances are paid in-salon
  • We accept cash and other available payment methods
  • Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service complexity

6. Consultations

  • Consultations may be required before certain services (e.g. hair extensions, colour correction)
  • We reserve the right to refuse a service if hair condition is not suitable

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and aftercare
  • We do not guarantee identical results to reference photos
  • Proper aftercare must be followed to maintain results

8. Allergies & Sensitivity

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before treatment
  • Patch tests may be required for certain services
  • We are not responsible for reactions where information was not disclosed

9. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The client is late
  • The client behaves inappropriately
  • The service is not suitable for the client’s hair condition
